OnlyOne & Furtado Yuen (Vol. 2)

Our 4/20 celebration has started early.  Today OnlyOne released the 2nd installment of his collaborative project with Northern Cali-based producer Furtado Yuen (the first is available here).  Vol. 2 is a brief but potent dose of OnlyOne’s raw delivery over Yuen’s soulful, hard-driving beats.  The album is available for free (or more with the “name your own price” option) download on OnlyOne’s bandcamp page.

Our celebration will continue on Saturday with the release of Al-One The Remedy’s Brand new EP, Shallow Al.  Stay tuned.

Al-One The Remedy is back with some brand new heat, just in time for your favorite holiday (4/20).   “Shallow Al” is a seven song EP that, true to its title, finds the Portland emcee waxing not so philosophically over such topics as voracious female fans, strains of weed, and designer fragrances.  Barely scratching the surface has never sounded so good..

Today we are giving away a track from the new EP; “Money Maker” features a Portland all-star lineup with veteran emcees Al-One and Rocket One shining over a Stewart Villain produced slumper.  It might be shallow, but it’s a universal grind.
